LW Measurements offers an extended warranty on all Tree products, supplementing the existing manufacturer’s warranty. This extended warranty covers manufacturer defects for an additional 1 or 2 years, depending on your purchase, beyond the standard warranty period. Under this extended warranty, LW Measurements guarantees that Tree products are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Should any such defects arise during the extended warranty period, LW Measurements will, at its discretion, repair or replace the affected components or systems under the extended warranty terms and conditions. This extended warranty does not cover damage resulting from user error, misuse, unauthorized modifications, accidents, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear. To activate this extended warranty, the customer must register the product within 2 years of the purchase date. To make a claim under this extended warranty, customers should contact LW Measurements technical support team and provide proof of purchase and serial number. LW Measurements reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this extended warranty at any time.
